Chrome bores on a Winchester 70 Stealth 2

I am looking at a Winchester 70 Stealth II on CDNN website for 590 bucks. I see there is an article from about 4 years ago that states that all .233 WSSM have chrome bores. Does that still hold true?
Any thoughts about this rifle or cartridge?

I know this is a very J-word oriented rifle but I have a lot of respect for the experiences of people on this forum and wanted some input.

    Just my opion
But if I was to buy that rifle/cal.
I would lay in all the brass I ever planed on using

As IMO I bet the 223 WSSM as a factory round is soon to be history and easly avaible brass will soon dry up also
