    Star Sizer die housing O-ring

I managed to mangle one of the two o-rings in the sizer die housing when removing a die last night too quickly. I called magma and they told me the o-ring is a #116 o-ring. I started looking online for o-ring kits and was wondering if anyone knew the specifications on this size o-ring (ie ID, width, etc). These o-ring kits give sizes, but they don't use the numbers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

your local ag equipment shop should have them for about fifty cents. They are 3/4".

have you tried running it without the O ring? Mine tore the top o ring on the first day and hasn't had one in since. top and bottom are both gone. it does leak a little. I keep forgeting to buy some and I was even into our Massey Ferguson dealership last week buying bolts.

See how you all are. I've 150 o rings ordered now. Got 100 of the black ones then 50 silicone just to see how they worked. Shippng cost more than the o rings. not hard to do since the o rings were less than 2 cents each.
