    40-82 smokeless loads

    There's not much published out there for load data with smokeless for 40-82. I did notice in my Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook they do list load data for the Sharps 40-70 and the case is a tapered case 2.5" long much like like the 40-82. Would the load data be pretty close to the same for a 1885 highwall 40-82? Thanks, Rob

    i use 28 gr rl7 with a 320 gr cast bullet in a nice 1886 rifle.
