TECTO is from the Technical Tooling Company of Minneapolis, Reloading tool division. It was a short-lived endeavor to produce some innovative and economically priced tools. For more information see the review on Page 215, Gun Digest 1969.
They made three tools, a press, se: https://castboolits.gunloads.com/sho...9-What-is-this
A Powder measure and the little pocket tool which is the rarest of all three.
The powder measure did get some commercial success as Pacific used it in a slightly improved form for several years. Bonanza also bought the rights to make it in a more heavily modified form as their Benchrest measure.
The pocket loader is well thought out and contains several operations that Lee and Lyman tools do not. For the cost, $5.95, it was a great bargain. The instructions are clearly written and illustrated so anyone can understand how to use the loader. On the other hand, the paper/ plastic packaging is not durable for long term use, leaving how to store the tool up to the user. Hopefully the picture will enlarge enough to read them.
