Someone entering reloading and paying stupid prices for presses are running into a brick wall as they then try to find components!

    It’s crazy!

Old Lee single stage "C" press............$152.50
    Old Lee Pro 1000 three hole...............$355.00 with $73.30 s/h
    Old Lee Pro 1000 three hole...............$450.00 with $25.00 s/h
    Lee hand press..................................$81.00
Yet RCBS, Lyman, Herters, single stage going for $100.00
Must be something about old Lee stuff.
    It's crazy out there.
Would be interesting to know how far out Dillon is on deliveries at this point. They had an 8 week minimum delivery time during the '12-'14 shortages. Still boggles the mind how anyone on this forum during that time is still unprepared for this current situation. The '94 Clinton primer scare was my wake-up call.

There are some folks that have enough money to buy anything they want at what ever the price without missing the money. Just look what some folks are paying for primers on the auction sites. Someone that pays nearly $500 for an old pro 1000 can spend what it takes to get the components he wants. Heck, I would sell some of my small pistol primers if I could get $1 each. You offer enough money and there will be a seller.

I broke part of the linkage on my older Lee cast single stage. I sent the part to Lee so they could advise (their warranty is great) since the press is discontinued. While waiting I thought I'd check for a replacement since this press has been so go to me for the $50 shipped used price I paid. The Lee O-presses are in fact exceeding $100 used. I got out on the one I was watching when the price went past $75 plus shipping.

Yes, there is a Lee Reloader (c-style) press with bids at over $100 right now. I had one I paid $15 for and gave to a new reloader. Glad I did.

Thanks for the heads up on the cheep rock chucker I bought it as my lee classic cast breach lock toggle link broke a couple days ago sizing a 308w case. Although my dad bought it used in 95 so it was well worn when I got it and parts are on the way. And now a friend offered me his rock chucker for free

Its not just reloading equipment and supplies that are skyrocketing in price. HAM radio gear is insane on the prices people are paying
