Picked this up from the FFL this afternoon
I've got a Model 78 Swiss on the way. Will be used for CBA Military matches. Now I've already got a 71/84 Mauser that shoots fairly well. Apparently I need more problems to solve along with converting it to center-fire. And I can't buy another rifle these days without having to make my own brass. It's an addiction, isn't it?
The only amendment the Democrats support is the 5th.
and the ruger .40/10mm black hawk is here from page 35 ...we actually followed the fedx truck that had it...right into the gun shop parking lot.
we just didn't know if it was on the truck!.....it was!
Hmmm, another 336, a western auto/mossberg 30-30, and a couple more ar15's so far this year.
Bought a nice M8 Rem in 30Rem.
I had some money in Cabela's credit card so to use it I bought a Pietta 1860 Colt copy. Have their LeMat, EuroArms Rogers & Spencer, but no 1860 Colt. That's fixed.

I should learn to stay away from the online auctions I've been watching lately. Yesterday I bought / won a 98 Mauser sporter in 9x57mm plus a large action Martini in .303 British that has a very interesting looking barrel mounted long range rear sight that is fully adjustable for windage and elevation. I have many other project guns that I still haven't finished working up loads for and really didn't need to add 2 more to the "heap", but I just couldn't help myself ...
I may have passed my "Best Before" date, but I haven't reached my "Expiry" date!
Nice I owned a brass famed Remington cap and ball copy of their a few years ago. A very accurate gun. I currently own three 1873 44/40 Clt clones and they are beautiful guns and side by side with my mate's genuine Colts, there is no difference (apart from the bragging rights and the fact that my three guns were cheaper than one of his, haha. I'd love to own Colts to match some of my Colt 1911s, but short of a lottery win, way out of my league.

Pietta 1873 clone in .357 Magnum, used -- but nicely. Holster was purchased after
the fact from Midway, and is what they term their "cowboy on a budget holster".
Great for just packing it around, but I'd think you'd want one made of thicker
leather for cowboy shooting activities. Ideal for my purposes though.

Astra 600/43 9mm Parabellum, almost mint condition, with original military holster.
Great addition to my Astra collection.
I like them both but I love that Astra. You can hit bottle caps with that one!
