    I am fortunate....
I found my 23B in an obscure gun shop sitting on the used rifle rack next to a winchester also in 25-20. I wanted the bolt action more than the winchester. Cost was under $200.00 with tax.
I am doubly fortunate in that I have both lead and brass for my 25-20. Also speer still makes the 75 gr Jacket for when I get lazy.
Death to every foe and traitor and hurrah, my boys, for freedom !

I always wanted one of those, I have a 32/20 with a great barrel, but all of the 25/20s I have seen were shot out.

I have noted that phenomenon many times when looking at 25/20 and 32/20 rifles. The smaller bore of the 25/20 must have concentrated the corrosive components (BP or salt) to a greater extent than the larger bore of the 32/20.

That is no doubt the case. Old Winchester 1892s are pretty common here in 32/20 and less so in 25/20. Most of the 32/20s I have seen have reasonable barrels and the barrels are invariably origonals, but of the 25/20s I have seen, most have been rebarrelled or have shot out barrels.
