HS-6 for light .45colt loads. ? 200 grain boolit info needed.

The only powder in town this month so far is HS-6. Small town.

for cowboy velocity ammo using 200 grain rnfp CAST boolits, I came up with one load ,after a lengthy search, and I DON'T TRUST IT.

..says 13.5 grains, which is a LOT more than the same bullet in .45acp, by 50 %.NO other powder shows that much diff. between colt and acp loads,so....here I am.

and yes, I know x brand of powder is better, this is what I want to make work, and if not I'll use it in my 1911 and other calibers I shoot.
    thanks !

Edited to reflect the fact that I should not have responded to this post. tried to provide you with some useful information but I see the effort was quite wasted. Have a nice day.

what does an xtp have to do with asking about cast bullet data. ? Hodgdon's site sux as far as i'm concerned. The word 'boolit' on this page means a cast bullet.
