I agree, if I found 500# @ $1 per, it would all go home with me. At the worst, you sell what you don't use for $1.50 & recover your cost. With digital printing, lino is going by the way faster than the lead ww.

The last linotype I got was just over $2 a pound and it was in ingots. I am a bit envious.

I use it to harden alloy for rifle boolits only. Usually a gas check at 50/50 is enough at 1650 in a 1:10 .30 cal bore.
    Faster?? I add some lino.

I can't believe you even went public with the question. Buy it all! $1 a pound you cannot possibly go wrong.

Hahaha.. I have already given his information to 2 different people and there is another I will forward his information to once I make sure he still wants to sell more.

I am going back this weekend to pick up 300lbs more to put me at 500lbs total. Based on my calculations it should last me for 40,000k 300 blackout bullets (at 230gr each) and double that for standard 30 caliber rifle bullets. Needless to say, it's a lifetime supply for me.

The man has at least a ton and a half of it. Older guy who is looking to get rid of his stash for his wife (in case he passes away in the near future). I want to help him sell as much as I can, he is a very nice guy.

I will post up a picture of my final haul once Saturday gets here.

beg borrow or steal the money and buy it all. Sell it at your leisure and recoup your initial investment and keep whats left over free and clear. If you don't you will regret it. You won't double your money but 50-70% easy. Not a bad investment if you ask me.

You guys are such a bad influence :/

Just picked up another 300lbs, this time in pigs. I wish the last batch was in pigs too, it is so much easier to move around.

I am done. Not looking to make any money, just wanted to secure a lifetime supply. I've done the math and with a 1:1 ratio with pure lead I can cast at least 47k 150gr boolits. That should do

I know I have put a few people in contact with the guy, if anyone else is interested send me a PM. I'm trying to help this guy sell all I can. He's a really great guy and has A LOT of it left.
