What's a fair price-Finn Mosin.

I've owned a few Mosin Nagants, but never a Finnish. I came across a Sako, but have no idea what a reasonable price is. It's not been Bubbaed, except The PO sanded and varnished the stock.

What are they going for in your neck of the woods?
Btw, I'm not a collector, just want a cast shooter. (I'd love it if it had a tight bore.)

There is too little information about the rifle to even make a Guess.
What is Sako on it, and what is the condition, the Date, and where do you live.
That is just for starters.

Be nice to know which variant/model it is--M28/30? M39?

I'll do some homework. M39, the condition of the bluing is very good and the bore is bright. Hex receiver. Caged front sight. I'll look into identifying variants.

A few pics of the stampings and of the overall condition would be helpful. Also you need to remove te action from the stock and look at the rear tang on the receiver. If you have a pre-98 date it should be worth more. Finns produced less than 100,000 of the M-39.
