    Printing targets

Whenever I go to a function where they pass out info sheets, if there's nothing printed on the back I recycle them to print targets on the back. Then I thought, if I have to use store bought paper, I could just print targets on both sides to save paper.....?.....uh, wait,.........I don't think that's gonna have a good ending. GW

If you shoot at a target and then turn it over, your boolits will come back at you!

Often cheaper to Xerox targets you make yourself at a commercial outfit compared to the
cost of home printing. I print one and copy 50 or so.
If it was easy, anybody could do it.

Inkjet printer ink seems to be made from unicorn blood. Using a commercial grade copy machine is the way to go.

We had a guy staple targets to both sides of the stand. Said the next relay he would just turn it around.

My favorite guy is the one that runs down at the last minute with target and stapler and you hear the staple snap and the shooter shout. It's funny every time unless it's me.

I was over at the print shop once and found a ream of card stock that was torn open and a couple missing. I offered a small price and they took it! I use this for my targets.

Paper plates and/or blue/black duck tape. A 2" square of DT makes a great aiming point...

One of the most endearing sights in the world is the vision of a naked good-looking woman leaving the bedroom to make breakfast. Bolivar Shagnasty (I believe that Lazarus Long also said it, but I can't find any record of it.)

When I was working(almost 10 years ago) I had to print a lot of reports, some only 1 or 2 pages. Every report had a cover sheet identifying the originator(me) and the report name. I used to save all old reports and cover sheets. Worked great unless the wind was blowing more than a gentle breeze.

I also salvaged some light card stock they were scrapping. That works on days when there is more than a gentle breeze.

Those paper throw mats that a car dealer puts in your vechicle when they work on it make a nice white target for later. They just toss them in the trash when your work is done. Ask them for them.Robert

Obviously, or I wouldn't be doing it. My job title also helps.

Guys, just an attempt at weak humor. What happens to the targets on the back when I shoot the target on the front? GW

Well, since I was brought up that it's not nice to make fun of the feeble minded, I just let it pass. I thought maybe you planned to tape the holes in back shut to re-use that side.

I use a Samsung laser printer and 110 lb. card stock for paper. this works out very well and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
