Post pictures of your swaged bullets

I am curious what bullets everyone is producing. I know some of you guys are making 10+ different swaged bullet combos. To get an idea of what is available from various manufactures include information on the bullet and the dies use. Example CH4D 44 cal with BTX crimper with 40 S&W case trimmed to xxx, xx gr core. Please include ogive if known

I am thinking about getting a set in 30 cal and this has triggered my interest. I plan to get some pictures going once I get a few items from Brian. Right now I am swaging 22 and 40 and plan to start my 45 once I get a good core mold.

I have been doing tons of 45 lately. Two weights: 200 and 230 grain. I use a Lee 6-cavity 401-175 for cores for the 200. 0.58" jackets weigh 24 grains. I was hoping that with range scrap they'd come out around 182. Instead, they have been throwing at 190. To make 230 grain, I ordered an NOE 5-cavity 363-200 mold. A little pricey, but it throws at 208.4 grains. I couldn't be happier with it. It is trivial to swage down to 206 grains.

Now for the 38cal I just got from CH4D, I ordered an NOE 5-cavity 269-145 grain. It throws at 147 grains. I have an ALFloyd 0.3" core swage on order that will swage the 147gr .269" cores down to 143 grains. The 0.5" 9mm/38cal jackets I have from RCE weigh 15 grains for a total of 158 grains. This is for subsonic 9mm for use through a silencer.

Being pretty is 1 thing, how well they perform is another. I have some of those and plan on some real accuracy tests. In my neck of the woods I have a 4 mile range in almost any direction, so I need distance. In the end I want minute of gnat accuracy at 1000 yards and with what I call factory offerings that just isn't going to happen. Just from the shear design aspect of what he offers I know will be way better.

Anyway here's just 1 form of 45cal I do. These weigh 250gr with an 8mm Airsoft BB in the tip. When those hit anything they have rapid expansion, almost explosive if you ask me.

Wow talk about bearing surface! Nice one BLASTER62.

What do you estimate for minimum barrel twist at 2600-2800 fps under ICAO or Standard Metro atmospheric at sea level?

MOcaster... yeah... I know! They are all pics that have been posted here before but for many new members it is probably the first time they have seen some of the possibilities. Didn't mean to get carried away, maybe just a link to my Photobucket account would have been better Great looking 7mms by the way.

The ogive on the 300 Blackout...... without giving away too many secrets..... it more then 15.0s but less then 18.0s secant ogive with a .062 meplat

Do you have a thread with the 40 bullits with the ballistic tips for rifles. They are just too cool.
