I got a 5 gallon bucket of wheel weights the other day and spent the last few days sorting them a little at a time. Melted them and cast them into ingots today. Did both clip on and then stick on weights. Now I am already wanting more wheel weights!

what kinds if tire shop actually turned some over to you??? I've asked at some around my place (chicagoland suburbs) and it was all 'no - have to "return" them since they are lead'...
