    how do you delete stored pictures on your account here on cast boolits?

    i have several pix i'd like to delete ...tried ...but failed.

    it should be easy!?

    Delete the picture from the site that supports it ie; photobucket, tinypics, etc.

    There is whole long thread on this somewhere on the forum- IIRC a couple of months old at most.

    If you use this site as the storage for your pics, they go into a cache. From there they can be attached to a post. Deleting pics from individual posts is straight forward. BUT, in the mentioned thread, no one fully explained whether or not those pics in the storage cache could ever be deleted…. much less why not. Most responding posters, including moderators, kept misunderstanding the original question and issue…. deleting a pic from a post was different from deleting it from the cache and that the cache pics appear to be permanent.

    Sorry not much help. I think the thread died without resolution.
