    At out Rondavoo the pewees (up to and including 12years old) shoot the pistol course with X sticks. Have had one ace the course using a Lyman Great Plains 50 and 12g FFF

    Yep, both of the older kids started shooting my .50 cal with 25 g FFF, very accurate and a great way to introduce them to black. My youngest will be ready to start on the same mixture this summer. I never thought about hunting small game with that load, but it is a great short range paper buster.
