Best ingot alloy mix from for pistol bullets

I wanted to know which alloy mix is best for creating pistol bullets. I shoot mostly IDPA in 9mm, 40 S&W and 45 ACP at lower velocities. 9mm being the fastest at 1100-1150fps. I use Hodgden Universal powder if that matters. I have been looking at Rotometals hardball 92/6/2 with a brinell hardness of 16. I'm new to casting so I'm just going off what I have read so far.

Where is the best place to buy ingots?
Rotometals is the only place I have found so far.

Go here: http://www.lasc.us/ read the Glenn Frexel manuscript found there then after you digest that you should be ready to cast.

I mix 50/50 COWW and SOWW for SWC and ball. When I cast HP's I add a little tin.
