    Zinc. Wow!

I've never looked before, but zinc is just .08 cents lower than lead.
I'll have to start saving them to turn into the recycler when I go there WW hunting.

All of my "left overs" go to the recycle'r. The last bucket of wheel weights cost $25.00. I smelted out approximately 185 pounds of usable alloy for casting and what was left over, clips and dross, went to the recycle house. That bucket paid me $15.00 making my bucket of wheel weights pretty darn cheap!!!
It's not the destination, it's the journey.

Shady, do you want the zinc smelted or with the clips still on it? I have 10 5 gallon buckets that I am going to go through this week.

I used to throw mine away, but after buying a couple buckshot molds I thought I would try making zinc buckshot.
I have a 5 gal bucket overflowing with zinc now and still have about nine buckets of WW to sort and smelt.
