W-231 loads for Lee 358-125 RF ?

I just received a batch of .38 Spec. 125 gr. RF bullets from Jerry at Carolina Cast Bullets and I'm looking for some load recommendations using W-231 powder. Neither of my Hornady or Lee manuals list anything for this combo..

First, how deep should I seat them?
Second, what is the absolute minimum I can go with these things and still have them slide out the barrel (3" and 4-3/4" barrels)?

go 4.0 and seat to the canellure.
i can't feel the difference in recoil between that and anything lower.
that's the load i made up for my 70 year old mother in law.

I use 3.5 gr under mine. out of a 2" 5 shot. Pleasant.
