    The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

    i cast with wheel weights would that be ok for hp using this mold

    That mould works well for me using WW alloy. Bullets recovered from soaked newspaper show great expansion and good weight retention.

    thanks tony answered my question and do you carry it for self defense just curious and do you know if the lee handle will work for it?

    I have never tried Lee handles on a Lyman mould so can't help you there. I don't carry the bullet for self defense but have used it for pest elimination.
