Awesome. Must be from the same stock as my wife. I got a mint condition 1903 manufacture Winchester model 1897 solid frame 32" full choke 12G for Christmas and a darn close to new Glock 19 for my birthday 10 days later.

I am looking at maybe a 180 - 200 grain round nose mold around 1800 fps. Anyone do this? Will the AR-10 cycle reliably with cast pressures? Thanks to all who reply.

If you read the whole article, at the bottom is a test that included a Armilite AR-10 using cast at 2100fps. Same article is in Castpics. It'll give you a starting point anyway ...Geo
