    Lathesmith dies

Last night got 3 dies for the star sizer made by Lathesmith. They are some fine looking pieces of work.

If you need quality dies at a good price and quick turn around, I recommend him. If I need any others made, I'll definitely be a return customer.

    Mike

the dies and top punches I ordered came today. Haven't tried them yet but they look great. I love the L handle. It works so much better than the original handle.

    Thanks

I like the L handle also, even though I have the bolt very tight the handle tended to twist as I use it. What I did was file a small flat on the side of the shaft that engages the tightening bolt and the handle quit turning.

    Thanks,

Ron, thanks for your fix, that's always good to know. I haven't had a problem with mine turning, but if I do, that sounds like an easy fix.

Sam, I don't need a slug, just let me know the die is meant for a "big lube" bullet so I can use the special lube row arrangement for these if you like.

    Thanks,
    lathesmith

The .315 die and punch and similar in .224 work real fine even after their trip across the big pond.
I now need a .310 die and punch, please. Urgently!!!
