colt signature series 1851 Navies timing

Does anyone know of a good gunsmith that can repair springs and time these 1851 "Signature Series" black powder revolvers? Don't know if they are actually colt or uberti/pietta's.

I have a consecutively serial numbered pair which is why I don't just go out and buy a new one.

I know an excellent black powder revolver gunsmith in Arizona, @Jackrabbit1957. I don't know if he is on this board.

I think or hope the Signature Series was the last offering and was Italian.
