Recently I had a conversation with the mail lady and she proclaimed that we were obligated to support "the Jews" because of what "the bible says" then she proclaimed that "anyone that supports the Jews will be blessed from God" and "anyone that goes against the Jews will be under God's curse"

I do know what Genesis 12:1-3 says

2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

The Bible obviously says that The LORD told Abram that he "HE" was under GOD's blessing but I don't she how that extends to everyone in 2023 that claims to be of Abraham. (Abraham's seeds)

There was one pair of XX gene that escaped the Flood in Ham's wife, the odd episode of Noah's wrath makes more sense if it was his daughter-in-law he was disgusted by, so Noah exiled her, the giants after the Flood descended from her and Ham.
Those genetic traces are still abounding, but diluted, though we do see some very very saintly people, and some very very evil people. And the promise is we can all be saved if we repent and are reborn. Born anew in the Holy Spirit.

So was the first covenant (with Abraham) completed in Christ, or not? If it wasn't, shouldn't we (Christians) all be Jewish converts? If it was, then who is God's people today?
I have a friend that states, we where grafted into the Jews, this is true. When we graft pecan trees, we remove everything but the root, and graft in a new branch, that bears the kind of fruit we want, we don't graft a bad branch to a perfect tree. To me the root is Abraham's promise, fulfilled in Jesus, and the graft being the gentile, to the root, but with the original branch perfectly able to be grafted back into one tree, making it a new tree.

Some of it's a bit hard to follow, but Hebrew scholars have Moses being on the mountain at least eight times.
They also ascribe that Moses was given two sets of tablets, the first that he broke upon discovering that the people had started worshipping a golden calf, and the second set that is plainly indicated in 24:12.
The second set of tablets having both commandments and laws.
Whether it's the first time might be debated, but it's clear that in Exodus 3:1>10 that Moses was tending sheep at or on the mountain when God called him to be the one to lead the people out of Egypt.
In 19:3, God calls him up, 19:7>8 God sends him down.
In 19:9 it implies that God called him back up.
In 19:15>19 God called him up and sent him back down to warn the people.
In !9:24 God tell him to come back up and bring Aaron.
In 19:25 Moses goes back down.
In 20:21 Moses goes back up
In 24:1 Moses and Aaron are told to go back up, and in 24:9 they do.
And in 24:12 God tells him to come get the tablets.
And in 24:13 it seems he is called up again.
It's a bit jumbled, and some teachers say that some of the "ups-and-downs" are not all separate events.
But two things are clear,
1, That Moses (and Aaron?) did bring down tablets written by God that were not broken.

Interestingly enough, several years ago the regime in Russia removed the barriers of church/worship.
There have been thousands of new/renewed places of worship where the Russian Orthodox people can now go to practice their faith without the wrath of the Govt.
And what we would call "Christian" churches abound without restriction, and no one needs to keep their faith a secret.
You're a lot better off practicing your faith in Russia than say in Nigeria or Pakistan, or dozens of other countries.
Yes, God will deal with Russia, but when the time comes God will deal with the whole world, no people or country get a pass.
Some estimates purport that there are more "Believers in Christ" in China than in the US, but of course China has over triple our population.

You really didn't say but I think you are insinuating that the USA is The Great *****, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

The russian government is evil and corrupt as are ALL governmental bodies these days. The russian Christians though..they certainly have been a shining example...how many American would chop through ice in the middle of the night to be baptised?
