    Redoing a S&W model 29 factory wood box. (Insert&felt)

Hey all just thought I'd share what I did during my spare time today. Been wanting g to for awhile collection g materials etc. So I have a model 29-2 with original Sw mahogany box but the plastic flocked inserts just turn to dust... So after buying felt and some soft foam I finally scrounge some decent hard foam 1/2" peices that I could use to make the cut out for the revolver. Anyways here's the semi final result. I haven't put the spray adhesive on the bottom yet just wanted to get it fitted well first.
Can post some more pics of what I used if anyone else is looking to do their own .Attachment 175585Attachment 175586Attachment 175587
