    Accurate molds

These boolits came out of the mold less than an hour after the mold came out of the box (the mailbox). And this is why all my future molds will be iron and made by Accurate!

For those that are curious this is the 32-220B cut to drop a .330" boolit to be paper patched for .338-06 or .338 Win Mag. I intend to try it in both.

If you are needing a meplat, which I always do with cast bullets, Accurate is the best by a significant margin. The best mold and best customer service. You can have a custom mold made to your exact specification delivered in two weeks or less. I have had him get a custom mold for me, added to his catalog in less than 24 hours and to my door in less than a week.

I've got easily 50 or 60 molds & just got my first Accurate a 350gr .416. It was great. Aluminum but had good bullets in very few casts. Won't be my last.

I just ordered my 5th mold from Tom. I just got sick and tired of beating the boolits out of my Lee 148DEWC. That leaves just one more Lee mold to replace and then on to new stuff from Tom. Boolits just fall out of his molds and his aluminum molds are thick enough to hold some heat. I think they are the best.

I own two of Tom's molds. More are in my future. I'm done with all other mold makers. It's Accurate from here out.

Simply NOTHING like an "Accurate" mold...........They are like table art! I have a few and they cast perfect bullets first time out. And extremely quick service. I've received some molds in under two weeks!

I ordered another mold from Tom this past Tuesday 10/13/15, the same boolit as above but as a 34-250B (a special order by the way), and received it today, 10/17/15. That is four days!!!

I've yet to take the plunge, but I'm probably not far from doing so. A question for you guys that have them, do you like the spru plate with all of the holes connected or the one with the holes separate? And why?

I use the separate hole version sprue plate. I've never tried the channel version. One thing I do is heat the mold very well on a hot plate before I start casting. I would say, generally, the second or third drop are keepers.

Separate holes, but I have never used a "connected" hole plate so I could be missing out on something. Ask Tom, he will give you his opinion. He will respond to an email. Best company/guy/molds, period.

i have 11 molds with connected channel sprue plates.

one pop with the tapper and all 4 are cut with only one piece of lead to put back into the pot.

I prefer connected channels. Wish all molds had them.

I have both types of sprue plate on Accurate molds, and I too like the connected type better, to keep the lumps together.

Getting ready to order my second Accurate mold. Have several NOE moulds but sometimes something a little out of the ordinary is called for and nobody does that better than Tom.
