    At the bottom of that webpage, they are still showing their email address as rifles@csharpsarms.com

    That makes me believe that the 'dev' in the website URL means it is the 'development' version that they are working on ... and therefore subject to change as they work through it.

    When they are done, I bet the 'proper' URL will be the same as it always has been.
