Fixed that and still had the same problem, so I reduced my bell to the bare minimum. Still have the same problem.
Changed from a 115 grain boolit to a 95 grain. Problem goes away. Same company, same diameter, but a new seating depth of 1.030" from 1.125". Haven't figured it out yet.
i have loaded thousands of the 115 grains.

    Frustrated in Kansas!
Flare, bell, bullet diameter, bullet nose profile, seating depth, final case diameter. Your problem is one or more of these things. Crud buildup can be a cause. Case buckling could be another.

This is one place where a bullet nose comparator can help find or rule out the cause. I use the Sinclair lug nut style, cheap and effective. You can make a comparator with a drill bit size that matches the land diameter, and any chunk of flat sided metal.
I give loading advice based on my actual results in factory rifles with standard chambers, twist rates and basic accurizing.
My goals for using cast boolits are lots of good, cheap, and reasonably accurate shooting, while avoiding overly tedious loading processes.
The BHN Deformation Formula, and why I don't use it.
How to find and fix sizing die eccentricity problems.
Do you trust your casting thermometer?
    A few musings.

Got out to the shop before the sun even came up, gets too hot to hang out much past 10 a.m. Loaded up 2 flats of 20 gauge skeet loads. Should hold me over for about a month. Started to clean up bench and organize all my shotgun reloading stuff before it got too hot. Maybe I'll get the rest cleaned up in the morning.

Cleaned brass ... sorted brass ... cleaned brass ... sorted brass ... cleaned brass ... sorted brass ...

(I have a LOT more brass than I thought I had!)

I ran into a deal at my local range, once fired Federal 308 Win brass in original boxes for $1.50 box. That is not a typo, 200 cases for $15.00. I just could not pass them up at that price. So I have been tumbling, size/decapping and trimming most of the day.

Smelted the last of my wheel weights yesterday - about a 1/4 buckets worth. Yielded a bit over 30lbs. While I was at it, I took care of my range pickens for another 30lbs. I still have a hundred or so pounds of salvaged shot to get to but its long past time to scavenge more.

So I was chopping up an old broken bed frame this weekend. Found it was actually solid oak not the cheap particle board I was expecting as usual. I think it will make a nice 1/2" addition to my bench and make it a bit more decorative. Right now its just covered in 2 layers of 3/4" oak plywood.

Nice job Taco650 looks like a solid bench. I plan on adding a 4x4 post underneath my LNL to stabilize it a bit more.

I dug about 100 44 Special cases out of the tumbler, then sized and reprimed 50. Going to fill them up later today. New 69 needs some fun stuff to shoot.

Nice looking bench but some how I doubt the old one will get replaced.

I too have my doubts that things won't expand to both benches. Waste not want not

Polishing brass while I sort the re-man range brass from the bucket of .223 that will need primer pocket work. Came out to about 650 rounds of already reloaded, the other 3k to 4k are 1x. Which I'll have to eventually sort by head stamp.
Scrap.... because all the really pithy and emphatic four letter words were taken and we had to describe this source of casting material somehow so we added an "S" to what non casters and wives call what we collect.

Kind of hard to claim to love America while one is hating half the Americans that disagree with you. One nation indivisible requires work.

Have no fear gentlemen, that old desk will hit the dumpster. It was left the house when we bought it and I had nothing else to use for reloading at the time so it got pressed into service (used built-ins at our previous house that got left behind in the move). It is falling apart, the leg joints come apart when I'm sizing rifle cases. One of the legs has been chewed on by a dog and the compartment on the left never held anything. It was a nice desk in it day but now just a rickety bunch of cheap wood.
