Ok here is the problem with the Ruger Bisley Grip Frame and Grips other than the fact that nobody makes rubber grips for them at this time. And that is for some reason the blue Bisley Frame and the Stainless Bisley frame are not the same. Thus depending on who you get replacement grips from and what they were patterned to fit may fit okay or may fit just horrid. I had some Hogue Ebony Gunfighter Bisley Grips that were pretty darn close. But not exact. To get a good set of fitting grips one really needs to either make them themselves or send the grip frame off for custom grips to be fitted.

If I knew anyone reasonable and I could trust to send my frame off to and fit some Purple Heart wood for grips I would probably do it.

They would be for my Lipsy's Ruger Super Blackhawk Bisley Stainless .44 Mag with the 3 3/4" barrel. Neat little pistol.

Take a look at Alta Mont grips at Altamontco.com. I have their grips on several guns and they are beautifull and very reasonable.

I've been wondering about Dave myself. He has made some Bisley grips for me and did a really nice job with reasonable turn around time.

It is my hands, large knuckle from archery. Gets slammed bad at the trigger guard. It is hard for me to get the same hold too. Only takes a small change to blow groups.
