That was wild. That driver must have nerves of steel and reflexes like a cat. I bet they could hit 300 next summer. Have fun!

I've not had any problems with any of Smoke's powders. I've mixed 2 together and have always had good results. Check out his sticky for colors and choose the one you want. He also offers a sample...
Yep, 10.0 grains is snappy enough but doesn't beat you up.

1986 3 hole Turret press. still use some of their dies and and some of the dippers, also have 3 or 4 molds for casting.

Yep. I remember those days. I spent 3 years at Knox with the 2nd/6th Cav (45R/45P Turret Mech) saw the tank crews change the tracks out a lot. Luckily being a REMF never had to do it. I saw the light...

Oh Yeah. I absolutely hate to lose a primer or have an empty slot in a box of ammo. It's silly but it bugs the snot out of me.

When I qualified in Missouri, there were folks there that couldn't qualify at 7 yards Not me. :) I think your wife did real good.

I shoot an MP molds 350 HP out of my GG and like it a lot. I've only shot paper with it at near max with 3031, it is accurate and cuts nice clean holes. I also like the LEE 340 FP. Again out of my...

I was thinking along the same lines. That factory was high tech and spotless. It was impressive. I could be real happy with just one days production delivered to my door. :)
This LEE mold works very good in my BHP. I think it would work well for you. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1010201652?pid=294531

I've got one of those Tool marked 38 cases. I don't recall the manufacturer, but thought it was for a hammer gun. I've got it set aside as I've never seen one before either.

I can't offer any help with the Eastwood Gray but if you want to try Smoke's powder I mix silver and his Jet black and get a very nice gray color that (to me) looks like lead. Just a thought.

That is a gorgeous rifle. Hope it shoots as good as it looks. :)

That cleaned up real nice. I've got a Stevens 311 in 410 but it very seldom gets out. I need to remedy that.

MP clones for H&G #68. This one for the win. A classic 45 ACP bullet in a new mold. I really like the one I have.
I think you did pretty well at $400.00. Wages were pretty low back then too though.

I've got a lot of their tools and like them. Their warranty is good and I've used it a few times with no issues. I've got 2 of their Badlands winches on my ATVs (2500s) and they work like a champ....

That was a good tale. That little mower sure earned it's keep. I would have never thought of a push mower as a brush hog but it sure did a good job.

I've got that MP mold and it is a gem. Beautiful bullets, correct weight, shape and diameter. I cast from range lead and WW and this mold casts like dream. Bases are perfect. As you can see I can't...

I don't need a 2nd Chronograph (heck, I don't need the one I have) but I like the fact that I can verify the velocities of my loads. I know what the books say the velocity is from their barrels but...

All my molds from MP are brass and I think they are great. Once you get used to them they drop great looking bullets and the 4 cav drops a lot of them. They are heavy though and do wear me out so I...
I too enjoyed the post and the load data. I've got a Chronograph and like seeing what my loads are shooting at. It's my time and money invested and it makes me happy. If I'm not getting the velocity...
