The #6 pictured has the adjustable chamber on it and the #4 doesn't have that, are ours #4's.

Yeah loading directly from a flask can be unsafe so I don't do it , I " rigged " my old Lyman flask so it will take a 38 case I use for filling the chambers .
The spout also acts as a handy dandy...

Yup I think you'll find .311 a tad on the "not big enough" side for your Brit ,
I have the NOE 316299 mold and shoot them "as cast" depending on my mix at the time of casting they have been .317"...

i took a little skin of my thumb , 1 TIME , I cycle the bolt carefully like ^^^^^^.
I don't have a problem with the sights ,,,YMMV.
