Recently got a 1969 vintage Lester Cox made muzzleloader. It’s set up with a false muzzle and bullet starter. It’s set up for cross patch. I put a slug thru the false muzzle and it came out .357....

Yup they are heavy. My Lester Cox muzzle loader is built to be a bench gun. It’s set up with the blocks for external adjustment scope. Just a matter of parting with the $ needed to get the scope....

Found one that sold (complete like this one) and was identified as being for the 1873 Carbine. Found one listed on evilbay without the sliding door also identified as being for the 73 Carbine
