The rifled barrel shoots better at 100 yards then the original .56 SB did.
I intended on using that .61...

Those slugs look good.
You are using them for shooting out of the cartridge in both of your pistols.
Will that 200 grainer work as a conical in your BP revolver cylinder.
Forum: Black Powder Cartridge
Are you going to try the softer lead for the boolits that you will shoot with BP

Still cheaper than finding a brand new barrel and also paying shipping

I have had to use a PVC spacer under my die to press the pucks out of my die.
My spacer was just made out of a piece of the right interior sized PVC pipe , glued into a PVC collar or coupler to make...

Now my aluminum plate is the bottom of a Cat Food can that I pounded more flat.

Thinking that small pucks to fit the barrel makes me thing of Rocket Powder too.
Some people might want to use some kind of Pucked powder to make loading easier since they don’t have to weigh the...

On a couple of rifles that I built that I intended on using only lead slugs, I took a piece of the tip of the barrel about 1 1/2” long and made a die out of it to Pre-Rifle the slugs to match the...

Like you said like the milk bottle spacers. It would compress and spread out so much that...
