I have never used any but Green Dot... serves very well indeed. I avoid other uses so I will have Green Dot for my 20ga!!!!

I have been using the least expensive Lee Pot with a Ladle, since the '80's... Not exclusively anymore...but, it is still viable, and great for very small runs! FWIW

Might just be a Case of soft vs hard Alloy...I can Vary size quite a bit, with different alloy...Maybe you can Too, but...there are Problems with a too Hard alloy also..tho maybe Not so Much powder...

I never had problems shooting my cast 221 Fireball cast loads with Magnum small pistol, just cause I gots em!! I feel the tougher cup is a Plus!!!
