Winchester made a sight that went on the bolt of a Model 71. I'm not that familiar with it, but it's a possibility.

I have a S&W 686-6 6" that I thought shot fairly well. Narrowed down my favorite load using the RCBS 38-158-CW boolet, and could hold the 10 ring @27 yards with Irons and my 82 year old eyes....

The rifle is probably easier to find than the dies. I go along with abunaitoo & gwpercle. You need a rifle to match the dies.

Wrap it with old fashioned black cloth electrical tape. I did that to my old John Deere tractor that doesn't have power steering. It's tacky and has a textured grip.
Or shooters adhesive. Or both.

That's one nice stove that's worth rebuilding. Go over it with a wire brush in an angle grinder. Then, like others have said, cover with lard or oil, take it outside, and burn the heck out of it. ...

Been there, done that, but luckily always caught myself.

That's why I only shoot my reloads and will not reload for anybody else. Conversely, I never shoot anybody else's loads.
