And would it be worthwhile as a second coat (quick drying) for shooting at around 1100 fps...

I’m reminded of the old adage “You only get what you pay for”… Lee molds are cheap, can’t reasonably expect top quality can you ?… but in my experience they work well enough….

I’ve used this in a sub 12ftpb Daystate Huntsman Regal (.177)… did it make a difference?…. Don’t know, but it didn’t do any harm. Napier Power Pellet Lube.

Good grief those prices are extortion 😱… Last time I bought primers (10K of Federal SPP) it was 2014 and I didn’t pay that much for a box of 5K… still haven’t opened the second shipping unit yet 😳

I recall reading somewhere that 1ml of water will create 1.5lt of steam... a 1500x increase in volume... that’s what empties the pot... scary stuff...

Going off course maybe... many years ago there was a product available in the U.K. called Hydropunch that used a drop of water in the case to drive out the berdan primer following a strike of a...

You’re asking the wrong people... only SWMBO knows the true answer... and that is..
“That’s enough moulds, stop”
Yeah they only cast hard ( and hard lubes ) for protecting the product during transit... the better bullets / lubes are often lesser than HARD CAST anyway... be modest with your expectations and...

Lucky you... in the U.K ( if you can find one) £500+ ($700+)... it would be cheaper to get a return flight and collect one from a hotel delivery and stock up on t-shirts, jeans and training shoes......

Hi folks,
I see Wolfe have created new websites for the digital editions of the magazines, I have spent days trying to figure out how to download the editions. Finally I conceded defeat and...
I’m no expert on this but as I work in a DuPont joint venture in the U.K. things catch my attention.... Isn’t there a story going around about issues with Teflon and high temperatures? Class action...

WOW... I’ve been shooting for over 35 years and I’ve never bought anything like 60 Lbs of powder... and much of what I have bought hasn’t even been opened yet - just bought on impulse... yeah,...

My 25 year old Lyman 1200 shook itself to pieces a few weeks ago and I decided to splash out on the Dillon CV2001.... Oh boy I wasn’t ready for the size of that beast....

I have a digital subscription as I’m in the U.K. but when I was on holiday in mid Jan in Orlando the Feb issue was on the newsstand... I didn’t get email notification until I was back home about it...
They say... everything old is new again... 30 years ago a U.K. company called NDFS (North Devon Firearms Suppiles) offered the very same thing... I was shooting what you’d call PPC, I had an...
Go back to square one.... clean the mould and get a “controlled” alloy... buy something from rotomeyals and eliminate the concerns about your alloy... if it works then...

Off on a tangent perhaps but... I remember reading about aluminium cleaning rods that once oxides effectively become grinding rods and will wear the muzzle (not good) so why would you want aluminium...
