Resurrection.. just to add my experience... I use both the Lee 356 124 tl 2R and the Lee 356 125 2R the Lee 125 runs without a problem in all 9s... the 124 tl design does exactly what the OP...

Have used mine with Lee 312-155 ( weigh in at 162g) powder coated and GC in reduced loads using BE.. RD... 700x at round 1100-1200 fps with good results out to 100 yards .. and had lots of fun...
