Depends on what lead the sizing die was specific for when designed. Additionally soft lead will size smaller than harder alloyed lead mixes.

May need to increase lead temp about 25 to 30 degrees and/or create a large sprue puddle on top of the sprue plate to get it hot enough to keep the lead flowing into the cavity prior to solidifying.

May think about a tuft of Dacron filler on top of the 4198 powder before seating the bullet. Makes for more consistent ignition of powder which makes for better groups.

Looks like there may be some good expansion at the head and then a ding likely from the ejection port making things look worse or more bulge than what there is.
