The E-clip size is 3.2 x 0.6 mm and the size of the set screw is M4x4 DIN913 (pitch is 0,7mm) copied from M&Ps website

If its a dillon funnel....the short pistol funnels were used with the 450 push/pull machines where the funnel was fixed at the top of the powder die with a set screw.
