Well, if you go their main page, www.gunbroker.com and scroll down, way down, you'll find a heading at the left side of the page that says "Help" and under that "Contact Us."

I never was able to get a response from them from multiple emails.
They offer a PO Box which may be a better though slower way.

I have been in touch with them years ago. It may have been by snail mail, I don't remember. But I got my issue resolved to my satisfaction. so they do respond.

I also contacted them through the website a while ago and it took time and multiple emails.

Good luck. They are on the side of sellers. Found that out the hard way.

You and me both!!! Never done business with them since.

Sellers pay fees us buyers do not. The Net is about sellers not buyers like in a store where we can return stuff and or complain..I have stopped using GB auctions as well and they will only clean up their mess when selling drops off..
