It's easy enough to double check, but I think I'm right on this:
Posts in the testing area, the pit, or S&S don't count for your total number of posts.
AND They need to be meaningful. Not just "just checking" or "going with no" or "nice" or I agree. It's not really hard.

No but we pay particularly attention to new users as well as users who have been here a while but have been laying dormant.
The rule was created because of scammers.
