Looking for some kind folks to help identify a somewhat unique press. The press has no markings that I can see, it has a green hammer tone finish. The case stays still during operation and the die moved up and down accordingly. It appears to be able to prime on the upstroke as needed. Any ideas, I've completed a quick search on the internet with no luck.

Just a guess here.
Your press has some of the look of this one. I don't know what the actual production version would have looked like; your specimen lacks the square post and the stirrup thing in the back that the illustration has.

I've never seen one of these in real life (or a copy of yours, for that matter). The reloading tool field was pretty crowded in 1964; you could have gotten a perfectly usable "C" Press, with dies, for less than this press cost, so it isn't astounding that Numrich's offering doesn't show up on the used market that often.
You might check over at the ARTCA forum; they're very knowledgable about old reloading tools there.
