.45 acp concealed carry, are there any real CC .45s?
I've been looking for a good .45 for CCW. My first effort resulted in a Sig 245, which I consider a nice gun, but not too concealable. I've decided that I like the 6 or 7 shot single stacks with as short a barrel as possible. A 45 needs some weight to slow down recoil so 22 to 28 ozs.. Kahr makes a nice pistol about like I described, anyone have any experience with this gun? Cobra arms makes what could be a clone of the Kahr (lower quaility I'd guess). Detonics, and AMT made some little .45s, but detonics are expensive, and too many owners ended up cussing their AMTs. If possible, I'd like to have a single/double action trigger, cocking the hammer really changes the grip strength of the little pistols. I don't like pumping a trigger. Colt Mustang maybe, if I could find one. Any ideas or advice is/are solicited, and will be appreciated.

STI Escort officers frame with a 3.25" barrel weighing in at just shy of 23oz.

I CC a full size 1911 TRP with rail in my waist band. I'm 6' and 170 lbs. I'm just careful how I bend over but that's the only time I would print. I just bend more at the knee to pick stuff up.
